Out & Out Quizzes are tailored to you. The quiz format can be a deadly serious competition, light-hearted fun or a mix of both - the choice of quiz night is entirely yours.
Prior to the event, you also have the option of submitting specialist subjects for customized rounds.
The contest starts with the formation of teams after which team-names are chosen by the members and the captains voted in.
The competition consists of multiple rounds of fifteen questions with the points from each round being added to the running totals shown on a display board. Each round is based on one of a vast range of popular subjects such as Sport, Food & Drink, Travel, Entertainment, History, Slang, etc. and of course General Knowledge.
The answer format can be True or False, multiple choice A,B,C, or just straight forward answers. As mentioned earlier, specialist subject rounds can be added by request For the music questions a stereo sound system is used. Some of the musical rounds which might come up are, "Name the TV Show" (from the show's theme music), "Name That Tune" (from song intros and popular songs played backwards), The very funny "A Song In Time" (the team sings along with a well known song and tries to keep in time as the music fades away and then returns), "Name The Band" (who is performing the song), "Which Year ?" (The year in which the song was a hit), etc.
Quizzes are tremendous fun and are extremely popular, as witnessed by the proliferation of TV quiz shows.
